With the new year comes a new set of resolutions. Of course we always list the usual resolutions; Manage our money better, be better people, eat right, and get in shape. What is sexercise you may ask, well I’m sure it will release as many endorphins as a normal workout would. If you think about the various workout routines that help you get in shape and you give them a twist and incorporating the Dirty-Dirty, it could lead to a very memorial working out.

So let take for example push-ups; If you think of the position you are in when you are doing a push-up you’re already in then horizontal position.
