Materbating-  Good for the mind, body and soul
May is Masterbation month and it is also Mental Health month. Theses are two things  I feel are very important to help keep  you in a good place mentally, emotionally and physically. I have no shame in sharing that I’ve suffered from bouts of depression from time to time in my life.   My cheeses has definitely slipped off it’s cracker a time or two , requiring me to seek some professional help.
I knew at a young age that my brain didn’t quit process feeling and thoughts like most others.  However, asking for help back then was a bit of a touchy subject within  my family. The fear of being “labeled” was ever so present and it often left me being called too sensitive, seeking attention or not trying hard enough to work through my issues.  There where many  factors in my life that contributed to my depression and anxiety. Fortunately  now at 50 plus I can recognize when I’m starting to slip into that deep blue lonely cavern of depression and I now can take the steps needed to keep me in a good and healthy mental mindset.
There are ways  for me to keep my mind in a serene, joyful and healthy place. I journal, exercise, take long walks, pray and meditate.  However there is one activity that really  seems to  help also . It helps when dealing  with stress, episodes of anxiety, when I feel pressured, when I’m angry, feeling sadness, lonely and even with boredom, I masterbate .
I’ve confessed several times that I’m a serial masterbater. It’s a past time that I frequently enjoy ;). It clears my mind and decompresses my feelings of anxiety. It puts me in a happy and carefree mindset.  I can usually work through whatever might be challenging me and it helps me make rational decisions, It even  helps with my insomnia.  My body and mnd  just feel right after I’ve masterbated.
I know that in this 21st century world  some still feel that the idea of masterbasting is not in their wheelhouse or feel that it is completely ludicrous that masterbation can better your mental health.  However, studies suggest that masterbaton is a relief mechanism for depression and anxiety.
So go take care of that delicate mind of yours. Guys go bop your baloney, wax your pole, stroke your sensual sex sausage, beat that baby batter blaster. Ladies pet that pussy, flick that bean, caress that clit,  brush the beaver. Give your mind and body the peace and joy it deserves. So in the name of good mental health, go rub one out and get your “O”!!!
